PDS contracting includes as basic services: dosimeter allocation, distribution and analysis; drafting and sending of dosimetric reports; communication of dose to regulating bodies.

As a PDS specialist, centro de dosimetría fosters ongoing improvement in each service facet, developing additional services and tools “ad-hoc” (*1) as per the specific needs of each sector and customer.

The “PDS Welcome” pamphlet summarises the service and conditions of use. (What is a dosimetry service? What is a dosimeter? When and how to take the dosimeters? How are doses measured? etc.)

 (*1) Ad hoc is a Latin idiom literally meaning «for this». It generally refers to a solution specifically prepared for an exact problem or purpose, and as such it cannot be generalised or used for other purposes.
