Functions and Responsibilities
- Management: Definition of company strategy in the technical (laboratory), management and support areas
- EQS Committee: Made up of personnel from each area, and responsible for assessing the company meets the established Environment Quality and Safety criteria
- Technical Area:
- Management with a regulating body (National Security Council)
- Guarantee test (dosimeter readings) and results (reports) quality
- Laboratory operation process management and control
- Laboratory equipment maintenance
- Management Areas: Management and follow-up of management service operation processes
- Customer management
- Distribution of dosimeters (shipments, internal register and handling)
- Invoicing management
- Support Areas: Areas whose purpose is to foster ongoing PDS improvement developing
- Implementation of internal projects and with customers
- Application of latest generation information systems and technology
