Training

Continuous training is an essential factor to ensure maintenance and even boost personnel skills in service technical and management areas.

The company has training plans defined in each of the following areas:

• Internal staff training: Annual schedule for people in all areas.
• Customer and user training: Via communication of triptychs, pamphlets and other documents. Furthermore, work is being done to develop a basic online course accessible for all company customers.
• Training of “prospective sector professionals”: The company collaborates with training bodies. Agreements have been reached in this area with schools offering courses in the radiological protection sector and universities to offer students work experience.
• Intervention in Congresses, speeches and other sector events to define, communicate strategic improvements developed, either internally or in collaboration with other bodies.
